Congratulations to Alessandra Marie A. Obong, Grade 3, for securing multiple awards in the world of Jiu Jitsu!
She was hailed as the Competitor of the Year for female youth during the GARA MMA DEFTAC on December 23, 2023, held in Marikina. Alessandra also secured the gold medal under the 8–9 kids/30 kg category and the silver medal for the youth C/37 kg category at the recently concluded DEFTAC Marikina In-House Tournament MMA Youth on January 21, 2024.
