Last August 5-8, 2024, POVEDA welcomed our esteemed guest teachers and students from Kyoto University of Advanced Science (KUAS) for a journey of embracing diverse perspectives and making a positive impact. The guests from KUAS took part in several outreach encounters and cultural immersion activities, along with the Social Action Office and partner communities, SCOP (Student Council of Poveda) officials, Poveda Model United Nations Members, and teachers from the Social Studies, Filipino, and Physical Education areas.
POVEDA has been in partnership with the High School Department of Kyoto University of Advanced Science (formerly known as Kyoto Gakuen High School) since 2015.
